Downtown Grappling

Downtown Grappling is a private grappling school owned and operated by head coach, Raphael Dijk. Coach Raph is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has been teaching in the Hudson Valley for the past twelve years. DG is located in historic downtown Kingston and is now accepting new students! Students of all ages and experience levels are welcome at DG. We provide top quality instruction in a small group setting to foster a safe environment for growth and development of the grappling arts. Whether you’re a seasoned grappling pro, total beginner or just looking to get in shape and make some friends, get in touch!
